Looking back 2024: A year of growth and innovation at supRmen

𝗧𝗲𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗸 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰: 𝗘𝗲𝗻 𝗷𝗮𝗮𝗿 𝘃𝗮𝗻 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝗲𝗶 𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗷 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗥𝗺𝗲𝗻
2024 was a special year for supRmen! We can proudly look back on a period in which we made great strides as an organization and continued to realize our vision;
"to deploy innovative real estate technology so that inspection, maintenance and renovation/sustainability of assets becomes more efficient, transparent, safe and predictable."

Below we take you through our highlights of the past year.
🚀 1. Launch of our own platform
The most memorable moment of 2024: the going live of our own platform! After months of development and fine-tuning, we successfully launched our platform and made it available to our customers. This is at the core of what we do: "optimizing property management by providing property data collected through drone inspections, photorealistic 3D models and advanced AI technology."

🏠 2. New visualization platform integrated
We have integrated a visualization platform, allowing users to view and analyze real estate data faster and in greater detail. This makes it easier to manage complex projects and make the right decisions.

🤩 3. Expanding our product portfolio
Our service portfolio has been expanded with a groundbreaking addition: interior scanning. In addition to scanning roofs and facades, we can now accurately map entire interiors.

👉 A new face: Ralph Heersink as CTO
Our team received a valuable addition with the arrival of Ralph Heersink as our new Chief Technology Officer. Ralph brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and has already played an important role in strengthening our technological ambitions.

👉 AI innovations: more accurate and smarter
Our AI technology has made huge strides in 2024. Not only has accuracy improved, with great thanks to our annotation team, but w also new features such as recognizing heaters and electrical outlets, among others. These improvements make our data even more valuable to our customers.

👉 Collaboration with BV Intersell
We are proud of our collaboration with BV Intersell. Together we have worked to further develop what we call the "interior module." A first step has been taken to automatically generate rental floor plans. In 2025, the WWS score and the NEN2580 will be added.

🌍 S atisfied and full of anticipation
With these highlights in mind, we look back on 2024 with pride. It was a year full of growth, innovation and new collaborations. At the same time, we are eagerly looking forward to what 2025 will bring us. One thing is certain: at supRmen, we continue to build the future of real estate technology.
