An important part of this collaboration is improving the exchange of building data through Building Information Management (BIM) systems. SupRmen's innovative technology plays a key role in this. Our Artificial Intelligence automatically extracts building information from images and 3D models created by our drone and scanning partners such as BIMPartners and Eyefly. For example:
- Numbers of windows and chimneys
- (Net) square meters of roof area
- Missing roof penetrations
- Materialization
- Damages

With this data, we support housing associations and their suppliers in efficiently and effectively managing and maintaining their real estate portfolios.
