2023 is already a month behind us. Unbelievable how fast everything has gone in the past few months. From idea, to funding, to selection of project team, developers, visualization platform and AI expert to an (almost) full-fledged platform on which everything should come together.
We are counting down to March 31, 2024, the date of going live, of our platform. Exciting, 51 more days and that's it. Then the first version of our platform will be finished that will allow our customers to largely automate the process around digitizing their properties (Roof, facade and interior).
With which she:
Coming weeks will be exciting. Then three important components will come together. Namely:
Before that happens, however, there is still an incredible amount to be done. In addition to developing the latest issues, we have two focal points of interest.
It all starts with testing, testing, and more testing. We have named 23 main functionalities that in turn consist of an average of 15 test scenarios. So we have to start testing on more than 300 different scenarios and experience shows that during testing a number of unforeseen situations are thought of that also need to be tested. To do this properly, in addition to, that they are also tested automatically, all scenarios are tested by 5 people.
But what is a bug when something is built "as" designed. When is something unworkable for a user, does something really need to be different or is the functionality for a 1st version fine and functionally workable. Discussions with the product owner team and developers will frequently fill much of our time. I always find this phase exciting and fun, but at the same time it takes a lot of energy to do everything right and accurately. So I can't wait to start the first round of testing in week 4.
And then, when everything is ready, we can run on a production environment, the service desk application is set up with help articles and we can go live. Then we're not there yet. Then an external agency must first test whether everything is secure. The so-called penetration test. Can unauthorized persons access data on our platform that they should not have access to. Only if we pass this test can we roll out the platform on a large scale. Time is pressing because the first customers are already eager to get started.
